interview with team lead or office manager. General questions about motivation, experience and communication skills. screening for coachability, resilience, conscientiousness and ability to listen. Next step is an interview with European Director, similar structure to the 1st interview.

Entrevista
The interviewer decided to meet at a coffee shop so as to not make as anxious or uncomfortable which I found it to be kind of unprofessional as the place was noisy and it was hard to talk properly. The interviewer then proceeded to ask me tons of questions some of which seemed irrelevant to the internship. The interviewer flat out told me that I was underprepared and paled heavily in comparison to the previous interviewee even though they decided to interview me in a more comfortable setting. Overall, the interview was not at all a positive experience.
