The interview was very easy the interviewer was very laid back in asking basic questions about previous retail experience. The only question I had asked was “what’s the salary pay?” I don’t know if Journeys is still living in the 20th Century or what but I was very disappointed to find out what they pay for a retail position. As of September 2024 they pay a measly $9 to $10 an hour which is way below the poverty level for pay. Compared to other retailers out there I would have to say Journeys is at the very bottom of pay scale.
