Group interview (for seasonal staff) conducted by manager and district manager (DM may or may not be present). We were all asked one question, each different from the other, at least in my interview. Individual interviews are also conducted.

Easy, chill, nothing to overthink. Just general questions about you and your interests. For me, it was more like a conversation. Very simple, dress casual. the company prides itself on self expression.

It was interesting, due to COVID we had our interview via FaceTime. The managers were really understanding and relaxed! Overall a good experience and I enjoyed talking to them. 100% recommend
