The interview was in a group we was asked questions about job experience and real life situations about how we would react and how we actually reacted and they make a decision based off our answers. The last part of the interviewing process was that we had to "sell" a shoe to whoever interviews you or another sales associate. I was pretty much hired on spot ☺️

Easy, chill, nothing to overthink. Just general questions about you and your interests. For me, it was more like a conversation. Very simple, dress casual. the company prides itself on self expression.

It was interesting, due to COVID we had our interview via FaceTime. The managers were really understanding and relaxed! Overall a good experience and I enjoyed talking to them. 100% recommend
