I had a video interview with 5 questions that needed to be recorded. I could not re-record. I got 2 minutes to answer each question with 1 minute to prepare.

Telephonic interview with HR officer, then if successful you will get another interview with the HR Director and HR Manager. Simple interview they ask a lot of question related to how your values align with their credo, so be sure to know the values on the credo. They want to know all about you and your experiences, so be sure to make a lot of examples on how you used some of your strengths to solve a particular problem or to bring about success for yourself. Be very prepared as both the interviews take minutes and you spend most of that time talking, so be relaxed and ready. When successful with both interviews you will be invited to spend a day at their offices- I was in the Cape Town office in South Africa. Once there be energetic and showcase your full potential working well with the other applicants who will also be present.
