Round 1 – Introductory "Get-to-Know" Session & Research Task: The first round consisted of an introductory interaction aimed at understanding my background, motivations, and alignment with the organization’s values and mission. As part of this round, I was also given a research-based task on a topic relevant to the organization’s work. This was designed to assess my analytical thinking, subject understanding, and ability to present insights in a clear and structured manner. Round 2 – Interview with Team Lead and Department Head: The second round involved a detailed interview with the respective team lead and the department head. This conversation focused on evaluating my technical skills, domain knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and approach to real-world challenges. Additionally, there was a strong emphasis on assessing cultural fit, long-term interest, and alignment with the goals and expectations of the team.
