Retail Sales Associate for J.C. Penney. Customer Services, Sales, Cashier, Department Associate. Help Clients find and assist them in order to find the right product. Offer each and ever Client our JC Penney credit card. Explain the benefit's and features of being a JC Penney's Card holder. Working with management to have the store looking and feeling GREAT at all times. Offer customers other product (Cross Sell) to increase volume.

It was fairly straightforward and easy. The woman I interviewed with was nice and not very intimidating. They took about a week to get back with me about an interview after I applied for the position.

I was contacted by email about my application. Contacted HR Supervisor and scheduled an interview date and time. Met with HR the next day for an in person interview. Very informative conversation with HR Supervisor.

Very efficient and the interviewer was very nice and gave me a lot of time to answer questions. The questions were not hard and they were very manageable. It was more so a discussion rather than an interview.
