I applied about three or four months ago for the senior manager role and felt strongly that I would be an asset and for some reason I was lost in the process. I persistently contacted the recruiter and started the process for this role. I met with a number of HR leaders and then the business. I feel good about the process.

My interview process was professional and fast paced with I liked. Everyone was prepared and ready with their interview questions at the time I was scheduled. The recruiter was top notch and very skilled to make the interviews happen.

Went through 5 rounds of interviews (4 phone and 1 in person). It meant a lot to speak with multiple people. It showed me they really cared about who they placed in this role!
