Focus on social skills, compatibility with staff, and interest in technology. Experience in customer service was valued which aligned with role in sales. The Interview was straight forward with examples of skills demonstrated requested.

It was very friendly and engaging. I was asked every question in a very fun and conversational way, which completely wiped out the pressure and made me feel comfortable throughout. The overall process was highly engaging, well-structured, and welcoming. I genuinely appreciated how approachable and supportive the interviewer was, as it allowed me to express myself confidently and showcase my skills naturally without feeling stressed or overwhelmed.
It was group interview , that was super chill and fun. There were some group activities given and were involvement was very essential. Also, the 'tell me about yourself' was a big part of the interview process I guess.
very casual interview with store manager and the sales manager, describing strengths and weaknesses. spoke about previous sales experience and what you can bring to a team and how to be a good team player
