      Entrevista

      The interview process was well-structured and professional, consisting of three stages over approximately two weeks. The first round was a screening call with HR, focusing on my background, current role, availability, and motivation for joining the company. The discussion was straightforward and gave a good overview of the position and expectations. The second round was a technical interview with senior members of the data team. The questions covered SQL, data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, ETL processes, data quality, and BI reporting. I was asked to explain previous projects, discuss architecture decisions, and describe how I handled performance optimization and stakeholder requirements. The interviewers were knowledgeable and focused on practical experience rather than purely theoretical questions. The final round was with the hiring manager and focused on problem-solving, communication skills, and cultural fit. We discussed how I approach gathering business requirements, managing competing priorities, and working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. There was also a discussion around leadership responsibilities and mentoring junior team members. The overall process was organized, the interviewers were professional, and communication throughout the process was timely. Candidates with strong SQL, data warehousing, BI development, and stakeholder management experience should be well prepared for the interview.
