The interview process was great. I had 3 interviews total. Phone, in-person panel (3 people). The 3rd interview was by phone due to a schedule conflict. I was all but promised the job then nothing. At least, call/notify with a decision when promised.

Five people sitting around a table, each taking turns asking a total of 10 questions. The questions are pretty standard interview questions: "when did you have to convince someone...", "what is your greatest weakness...".
They seemed especially interested in hearing about the topics of "Diversity" and "Working with lower socio-economic group populations".
