First interview was with staffing associate, second interview with hiring manager, third interview with HR manager. Questions were quite psychological in nature - assessing cultural fit and work under pressure. Staff were extremely friendly and warm. Interview was closer to a friendly discussion style but I knew the answers were being rigorously assessed.
