We have to go through a 3 step interview process, first being a few days after you apply, a link is sent for you to answer 3 questions about yourself, the job and why you want to work at investec. If you get past that then you will have a 1-1 interview with a recruiter. if you pass that then there will be a technical interview after 2-3 weeks from the last interview
