Entrevista
1 - Paper based test for 1 and half hour with two sections. 1st section was aptitude which was simple and can be done in max 15-20mins. Second section was PHP/CSS/HTML questions.
2 - Interview with 3 others and one had accent that was bit difficult to pick up.
No one remembers the syntax especially with dependency on Google now a days. There should be a practical test to solve the problem rather than checking syntactical knowledge.

PHP - Write function to sort an array without using PHP function and couple of them based on it. Which CSS will apply out of multiple options given, Write HTML to dipslay fields with name, email, number etc and required javascript for validation.
Panel Interview questions - How will you manage code complexity/when will you know your code is becoming complex? What is difference between linkedlist and array? What is LIFO/FIFO? Didnt remembered anything logical was asked rather than text box questions especially from Asian guy.
