An acquaintance asked about my interest and for a resume. A week later, they phoned to schedule an in-office interview with two managers (not HR). Absolutely no silly gotcha questions / conundrums. Ask me to 2nd interview with a visiting manager from another office a few days later. They met my asked salary.
