It was a thorough interview process. I interviewed with HR, the writing team, and the creative director. I also completed an in-depth work exercise they assigned which was comprehensive and a solid sample of the work I am doing now. Since there are multiple steps in the process, when you are hired here you feel it has been well thought out, so you start off with confidence that you’re a good fit for the agency.
