It was fine. First rounds were more challenging than my executive interviews. The exec interviews seemed to be just checking boxes especially when it came to speaking with the business leader of the D&A business, the guy (EA) seemed more interested in not rocking the boat than innovating the business model to gain greater share. I am positive, having worked there, the executive leadership team is inept at their jobs and that’s why the business is tanking.
