It has a basic maths and spelling test, some interview questions, and stuff like personal details + reference. Then you go into a room to do the actual interview. It's very relaxed - it started with me making a lego duck. Finally, I did a simulated sales conversation with chatGPT (you had to just make up prices and stuff) and a typing speed test.
