First round was attended by pool of candidates over teams call, test consists of pair programming(4 questions) in one hour. Got selected for second Round. They scheduled a interview but they didn't join. After one day they called and informed we will schedule at evng 5pm. Again they didn't join for the call. Don't waste the time of the candidates.
