Total 2-3 rounds of interviews, with their TA, different Managers and COO for the final, the process is simple, fast and effective, I got result very fast. I think the motivation and communication skills are very important for them for lower level recruiter position.

Tends to ask a lot of personal question, company culture and working like a family. Especially on the company culture part, they are more concern whether do you fit in it and they don't tell you much about it. Likes to analyze everything for some reason, from choice of words and movement.
