The interview was processed through one of the Agency's existing employee who had conducted an informal interview prior to forwarding my candidature to the head of the organisation. The 2nd and final round of the interview took close to 20 days to happen and was a semi-formal affair where the CEO spoke about my previous experience, what I know about the business and their expectations. The final offer process happened after another 5 working days.
