Overly cumbersome screening process. Required: HR phone screening, submit data-based activity with "correct" answers (with information quite open to interpretation), phone screening with hiring manager, then two in-office rounds, the second involving a mock client presentation. And only at that last one are you one on one with the person making the hiring decision. For me specifically, there was a gap of 3 weeks after submitting the assessment, and then another 3 weeks after the in-office visit- after I reached out, I was finally told I was no longer being considered. So a lot of my time invested with no follow up from their side.

All interviews were following a script HR provided with them; no one actually asking natural questions and responding based on my answers. Such as "tell us what the buzzwords of our industry are... you, the outsider"
Expected a non tech applicant to be able to answer SQL code questions, when not even required for the position (interviewer admitted all scripts were already written).

I applied online and I was called out of the blue by the recruiter for the position. I asked him if he could call back at a more convenient time and talked to him the next day.
He seemed very inexperienced at recruiting and asked me if I was capable to present and not enough information about my background. Then he said he would be in touch in a "few weeks". Later on jobvite, I found out that I was not selected.
