The process included multiple stages: initial screening, a second interview with the CTO (Nikolai), a take-home assignment, and a trial day. They were selective, choosing from over 100 applications with only 5 candidates reaching the final stage. My over all experience was 5/5 Excellent. The interview process was structured and transparent, with consistent and open communication.
