Had a phone call with HR and then completed a short online tech screen in Ruby. Was brought in for an onsite where I met with the CTO and talked at a high level about what kind of work environment I like. They then gave me 3 hours to complete several features on a sample Rails app. Afterwards I met briefly with someone on the engineering team to walk through my solutions and discuss my background. They got back to me a couple days later saying they were looking for someone with stronger Rails experience.
