It was a long, drawn out 4 step interview process. First phone screen with a recruiter (who was more than reasonably late to call). If you can make it past this point without being ghosted by then you move to the manager/team lead interview. From there you'd move to a panel interview and then a presentation. Both just a repetitive experience of the initial interview. Looking for you to tell a story of why you're there so if you stay consistent you should be fine.

Questions were pretty unstructured, more so conversational
I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.

The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!

Began with a 15 minute warmer call with a recruiter to then schedule a 45 minute call with the recruiter, then either an in-person or online interview with hiring manager, and then last interview with manager.
