I was contacted by phone. Corresponded by emails. Had a Skype interview. The process was all over the web. I was asked to submit a coding test and a excel test. Once the results were provided (immediately). I was contacted for the rest of the process for hiring.

They went over my resume. Asked questions about my coding history. Wanted to know what my current job situation was. Also wanted to know if I had a private office in my home. Wanted the address that they would send equipment.

The interview process was very easy. I didn't have to come back for interview after interview. I have interviewed with other staffing agencies who didn't really know what their clients were looking for in an employee but Insight Global answered all my questions and really helped me feel comfortable.

Insight Global contacted me because I had worked a temporary for them in the past. I replied back and sent an updated resume. Contacted by Insight Global the very next day and began the employment process.
