The worst interview process I have been included. They call me via cell phone to describe the company and general job-specific points. Then they send me a take-home case. You must complete the case in about 12 hours. As a result, they did not send any response about the process positive or negative. People spend 12 hours doing the case and even if the result is negative, you do not return any answer. Worst recruitment process

I got a job offer from the Insider(Istanbul) before the pandemic, right after that pandemic happened and all embassies were closed, I was waiting for 8 months to join the company, I also received a contract and signed that. After 7 months when the embassies are started to work It was been 3 weeks since I go to the embassy every other day Finally I had the chance to get in the consulate but he didn’t accept my documents because the sample signature doesn’t match with the contract signature (INSIDER'S STUPID FAULT) so I asked to send me the correct documents but they said recruitment and staffing efforts will be paused temporarily !!!!!!! I asked them to manage the final difficulties and reach a satisfactory result after 8 months. but I haven’t gotten any response!!!!! they even didn't withdraw the offer. As I spent 8 months of my lifetime and cost on that company, I just wanted to say, they have to value people's time and cost. just reply to my email and withdraw the offer. I'm really happy that never happened to join this company which don't care about people's time and cost
