Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 2 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Infosys (Bengaluru) en sept 2015
Entrevista
This was a campus recruitment .
The process consisted of
Online aptitude test
Technical + HR interview ( one round)
Test consisted of
Analytical ( 20 questions in 20 min)
Quantitative ( 15 in 15 min)
Both were moderate.
Verbal ( 45 questions in 30 min).
This was the toughest part.
R S Aggarwal is sufficient.
But honestly on the spot thinking will get you through.
MeriTrac conducted the test.
Out of 411 around 220 got shortlisted.
Interview was panel dependent.
156/220 made it successfully.
You also need a bit of luck for Infosys ,Wipro. They respected the candidates and did not reject carelessly.
But you need only luck for Accenture , Cognizant. They shortlisted a very high number around 300-320.
cognizant randomly rejected.Those who got rejected didn't have a clue.157/ 320.
Accenture rejected an entire panel.Only one
question like Tell me about yourself?
And you are gone. They hired only 110/325.

Entrevista
Following the assessment test, got shortlisted for the interview phase. The session itself was very smooth; the interviewer created a supportive and comfortable environment right from the beginning. The conversation centered around my project, where I had the opportunity to detail its technical aspects, architectural choices, and the underlying motivation for building it.
Multiple rounds including face to face and aptitude depending on the role type and resume and project related questions were asked with focus on technical concepts including data structures and algorithms
