I got a call through referral process. They took 2 rounds of technical and one HR discussion. All rounds went well covered all the questions related to .Net full stack. Total process from first interview to offer took almost 2 weeks.

I was contacted by a recruiter, he asked me about my background and experience and skills. He scheduled me for a video interview with a technical recruiter. The video interview was around 35minuites, questions from my resume, java basic to advanced level. within a day I got a call from recruiter that I have been shortlisted. She asked me about my location preference and salary, I thought all will go smoothly from now, but after one week they told me they are submitting my profile to other location, as the client is not approving the profile, next week they told me to keep applying for other position we will refer you. Its been 3 weeks. I would say by far the worst interview experience. No transparency, no commitment. Even you have cleared the interview, it's not sure that you will get immediate offer. No planing and worst management I would say.
