Got a call from infy team for tech intreview. i was very happy . Technical intreview was also not much tough it was easy. 1)collections,hashmap internal working,arraylist ,basic joinings,procedures.Answered well they told to wait for hr round. hr round worst round-two ladies bargining the package. (assume city market) finally they came up with some least figure. i agreed because of company brand. After two days i got a mail from infy hr to send scholastic details. My scholastic was also good and i have sended to them. After one day i got call from infy hr who has mailed me earlier he explained about jd ,package , roles and responsibilities and he told he will release offer asap. i was very happy one of my dream came true.Again twist same guy called after five days saying that we can't give tech analyst position and that much salary to your experience (My experience was 4.7) and he came with again least salary and least designation where in my company i am earning more than that. he told either i can decline or accept. happily i declined. now i am working in cognizant with a good package with good position.any way good experience with infy hr.Worst hr i haven't seen in my life. Guys be carefull with hr untill releasing offer don't take any decision.
