First round english Assessment ,second round technical assessment, human resources interview. Technical round consists general and simple computer related questions on ms office, english Assessment could be essay writing , HR round consists general and behavioural questions.
The experience was fine and consisted of 2 rounds, as it was an entry level role and more toward the business side there was nothing very technical. More about interest in certain areas.
The interview process for the Senior Process Executive role includes a written test to assess English proficiency, a communication round to evaluate clarity and confidence, and a face-to-face interview to test analytical and process-handling skills.
It was a good experience. Interviewer will ask common question like skills, experience, reason for change, current CTC and expected CTC, group discussion etc. Overall good experience and got selected
