I have never left a negative review in my life, but dear me, I also think that you can expect some sort of standard when you go to work in corporate world. Unfortunately, the standard at this company was very poor. Where do I start? Got call for Sr Quality Assurance Analyst role, and I have cleared all 2 technical rounds of 1 hour each. During managerial round they are asking technical questions and they put my profile on hold. After 15 days they again called me to reach on final managerial round. Whole process took 1.5 months of time span. I was ready for final round with my system and 20 minutes ago before final round they again called me and told me to reschedule interview as interviewer is sick. I have waited for 1 week, and by taking follow up they told me that my profile is again on hold as they are changing their policies for hiring. I desperately planned to join Infor but this experience changed my mind. I finally asked them if they are going with my profile? Still they haven’t replied. Finally I got to know that have concern about update in their hiring policy’s as well my notice period and only candidates who got an offer will get joining, SERIOUSLY???? They took more then 2months of time to hire me and they have concern with my notice period along with change in hiring policies? This whole process is full of lie and zero standard. Advice management to improve the process of hiring. Overall its very ABSOLUTELY disgusting,
