HR was super responsive. 2 days between package submission and them reaching out to schedule an initial call.
First call was supposed to be 30-45 min, but took well over an hour, which is a good thing as I got a lot more info than I was hoping I would.
Within a day they reached out to schedule on location interviews, and was scheduled for about a week out.
On location it was 3-4 interviews with managers, PMs, all the way to the company's VP of engineering.
Interviews were mostly conversational. Everything from why I'm looking for a new position to experience, management style, technical competence, interests outside the job, familiarity with the company, etc.
Mostly the way I expected the interviews will go. No trick questions, but enough of them so that if you haven't done the things you say you have, it would show.
To do well, one has to be prepared. Walk in hoping you'll wing it, and likely you won't. Make sure you can talk at length about every single thing on your resume.
