      Entrevista

      This process dragged on for entirely too long. I had two phone interviews and finally got scheduled for a 4 hour on site interview. I was really mislead to believe I was going to be hired. This seemed like more than an interview, it was right in line with how a new hire would be treated with showing them around, giving tours, showing where things are, explaining parking, even showing and explaining how benefits are. The cost of benefits were even shown to me! You absolutely should not do this unless you are going to hire someone! I had to do a test and the instructions weren’t unclear. I feel they held it against me even though this is their own error. After being turned down I was told to look for openings in a specific department which I did. Whenever I found openings and knew they were a great fit I was turned down for either no reason, or ridiculous unfitting reasons. I absolutely believe Indeed is a hypocrite; they show you these feel-food commercials like they really care but they don’t. I’m trying to re-enter the workforce after having a child and they seem to look down on that, especially this being Austin and I guess all these trendy people think babies are so terrible. Give me a break. They also didn’t seem to know what to think upon finding out I am the spouse of a combat veteran. I think these people live in a bubble and really lack respect. I definitely was not shown much respect from several people in my interviews.
