Stage 1: Simple video interview
Stage 2: In-person Assessment day, normally 4 different groups across 2 days. Have to prepare a presentation on something your passionate about, as well as a simple group task, and interview.
Stage 3: Potentially a follow up video-interview with senior employees if they can't decide between candidates

Entrevista
Two-stage interview process. The first stage was a call with the recruitment manager, where we discussed my background, skills, and interest in the role, as well as the company's expectations and next steps. The second stage was an assessment day, which involved a series of tasks and interviews designed to evaluate technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit.

Entrevista
Graduate role was divided into a few steps. The first one was CV screening, the second was brief submission, third was the interview and last was the assessment. Brief was a type of assessment in which we were given questions and had to answer them keeping our role in mind. Interview was very basic like why to join, company motto.
