Overall interview was 6 rounds for me. And I got rejected in the 6th. First round was technical, questions were mostly around general python programming and LLD. After that I was given a take home coding assignment. Medium level problem Third round was HLD and other design fundamentals along with one Leetcode Medium problem. Fourth round was architectural design. After this I was told that I cleared technical and there was a 5th HR round which was also seamless. Prior to the HR round there were conversations around compensation and notice period negotiation but during the HR round they informed that they need to conduct another round of interview with hiring manager. The final round, 6th one, was with hiring manager, the questions were around API and Microservice design. It didn't go that well, the interviewer was interrupting me before I can think or finish my answers. At the end of it I was told that I got rejected. It lasted around 1 month.

Applied online for the role of a Senior Backend Engineer (C++/Rust). Could not qualify the first round itself as it was core DSA that I didn't had hands-on. But the questions were very popular leetcode problems. Even the interviewer directly shared the leetcode question link and asked to solve.

The process took a month. 1 – HR round 2 – Technical (Easy/general programming questions on python, SQL, and an easy Leetcode question. Taken by an engineer in a similar role) 3 – Coding assignment (A programming question, they don't review or care about what you submitted) 4 – 2nd Technical (I was expecting some system design or questions on the submitted assignment. Taken by some senior guy who doesn't speak English well, half the time I couldn't understand what he's asking me, he started by asking me some puzzles instead. Later, he went on to compare my resume and JD, he found some keywords that are missing in my resume and present in the JD. Like for example: JD said, "should've worked on python libraries like NumPy", which I hadn't. He asked me why I applied if my resume didn't match the JD, I felt really let down) A week later, I got an email saying I didn't make it to the next round. Had a horrible experience.

Coding assignment: In a university, your attendance determines whether you will be allowed to attend your graduation ceremony. You are not allowed to miss classes for four or more consecutive days. Your graduation ceremony is on the last day of the academic year, which is the Nth day. Your task is to determine the following: 1. The number of ways to attend classes over N days. 2. The probability that you will miss your graduation ceremony. Represent the solution in the string format as "Answer of (2) / Answer of (1)", don't actually divide or reduce the fraction to decimal Test cases: for 5 days: 14/29 for 10 days: 372/773
