Friendly and smart people, but clear that the interview process and experience of interviewers is not all there. Behavioural interviews were too focused at getting through a list of cookie cutter prescribed questions, even if previous responses would have answered the question already. Not a huge deal, but makes you feel like they are not listening. Product questions were open-ended as they usually are, but interviewers expected a closed "correct" answer. In this arrangement, you need to course correct candidates more towards your expected answer. Without it, the only ones answering "correctly" are candidates with ties to insiders that know what your "answer" is.
