I was interviewed by two different people. One was asking the software questions and the other hardware questions. They were looking for someone with a few years experience with RTL programming. I didn't review my school notes before going in which was a big mistake because they asked technical questions. After reviewing my notes I saw that I could have answered their questions. They were super nice.
