First round recruiter plus panel interviews with one senior Biostatistician, one manager and one director, 20 mins with each person. They are pretty friendly and no hardcore questions. I got an offer a week later.

CDISC standard. What clinical studies have you done. Analysis questions.
The interview process at IQVIA typically involves an initial HR screening, followed by technical interviews and a final round with team leads, focusing on statistical knowledge, problem-solving, and communication skills.
The interview process for the Biostatistician role was a one-way video interview. I was given 2 minutes to think about each question before recording my answer, and 1-2 minutes to respond. There was no opportunity to re-record.
