Submitted my CV through a recruitment agency. I was offered an interview the next day. The interview took place at the IMI Precision site in Bristol, and took 1 hour. The interview was in the form of a 1-to-1 with the Technical Manager. It was friendly, relatively informal and mainly about my CV and how my experience was relevant to the job. Very few technical questions were asked, although my knowledge/understanding of solenoid valves was tested.
