Started with a Maths and English test. Once passed this an interview set up to be recorded so all hiring managers could view. The next interview was with selected hiring mangers who are interested in you. Final interview with HR and Managers

Started with a maths test and a few competency questions. Other than that it was a pretty standard interview with someone from HR and the line manager. Maths test isn't too hard, things like working out percentages and converting. Competency test wasn't hard either, basically just use your common sense.
