First, come up with a quick call to screen the candidate and describe the role. Then arrange the MS Teams interview with HR, and after that will meet with the line manager in the same session. If ok, the next round will interview with the group HR Head.
La entrevista realizada por las personas del equipo fue realmente positiva: fueron claras, profesionales y cercanas, hicieron que me sintiera cómoda en todo momento y facilitaron que pudiera expresarme con naturalidad.

The process included a first-round video(Teams) interview and a second-round face-to-face interview. I was asked in-depth questions about my motivation for joining IKEA, and I made an effort to respond with specific and thoughtful answers.

Entrevista
Ho fatto due colloqui per lo più motivazionali e conoscitivi ma non sono passata alla fase successiva, quindi non so se nelle altre fasi vengano richieste competenze più tecniche. In ogni caso l'ambiente è informale e si dà molta importanza alla personalità del candidato e alle sue motivazioni a prendere parte alla realtà aziendale
