It was on campus first groups were created and then each group was put in a room and given a topic to discuss amongst themselves while the interviewer observes then those who were selected for the personal interview were asked to stay and the rest were asked to leave then personal interviews were conducted by the selected individuals and after the interviews were completed they were selected after couple of weeks.

All interview process consists of 2 levels. The first one is with the team leader and if you pass this level the second interview is with a team member and director.
