Process was straightforward, contacted about the job, went for an interview, and completed a case study after moving to the second round.
Made it to the final round but COVID struck, and the team went on a hiring freeze.
Everyone I interacted with was friendly, open, encouraging

1- group interview, 2 questions. 2- panel interviews. Very intense and multiple questions The process took 4 weeks. They have a very rigorous background check as well. I highly recommended taking time to understand the question before replying

The process was fast and easy. I was shortlisted by two practices oracle and sap both were focused on why I chose consultant profile rather than developer profile because that aligns more with my resume.

Entrevista
I was given a call that Interview is scheduled just in 2 hrs. Interview was mostly technical. Questions were asked mostly from my preferred area. The interview was smooth and at the end the also gave insight about the work we will be doing. Overall a great interview. Got a call that I'm selected but it's 2 months that I have still not received the offer letter. The management is quite slow and they don't keep in touch with you.
