First round is a behavioral interview and it lasts 30 minutes. They start by talking about themselves and their jobs. Then they ask you two questions. Something along the lines of 1) describe a time when you faced a problem; how did you solve it and 2) describe a time when you took initiative. The second round is a behavioral + case interview, and it lasts 90 minutes. Never got that far, so I can't say anything else.
