Typical interview screening process - sourcing recruiter did the initial phone interview (30 min or so), then spoke with the technical recruiter for about an hour. Then another 30 minute interview with the managing director. Then invited to the Chicago office for panel interviews (3 30 minute interviews) - turned out to be only one in person and two by phone because the folks did not make it in the office that day.

nothing unexpected - typicall structured interview comments. One that you should expece - what was an example of a challenging situation. Also, because I moved around a bit they asked why I moved when I did from firm to firm.
Waste of time. Had a recruiter screen, one behavioral interview and a super day with 3 interviews. The interview that messsed me up was the first behavioral, so they might as well have rejected me then instead of stringing me along for 3 additional interviews when i never had a chance.

Huron interview process included two rounds: a technical interview covering financial terms and project finance, followed by a behavioral interview evaluating communication skills, professional experience, and cultural fit overall alignment.
