First I had to make video with answering some general questions like what I think about the company values etc. More than 2 weeks later I received invitation for an interview face to face. I had a really good feeling about the interview and the interviewee told me that I will proceed to the second round and that she will schedule it for the following week. I haven't heard from them for a week so I called to check on my application and I got answered that they will get back to me. They didn't so I called again. Second day I received the lamest automated email with youtube video of thanking me for applying and discount for their web shop. It was written in the email that hopefully I understand their decision thanks to their 'personal explanation'. I haven't received any personal explanation and no further communication on why I didn't get to the second round, even though I replied to this email asking for feedback. I find this very unprofessional.
