They used two interviewers and ran the interview in a casual and relaxed way that may have been due to the job fair like atmosphere. Both interviewers took the time to personalize the interview to me and turn the experience into a conversation. I came out of the interview excited to continue pursuing the opportunity of working at HRG.

I had a 30 min interview at a recruiting event. The questions were pretty simple with nothing too tricky. They did ask marketing related questions which I just talked my way through. The environment of the recruiting event was very casual so the interview was casual as well. They thoroughly explained what exactly it is that they do and what is expected of me as well.

Entrevista
I submitted my application online and was contacted within a week to schedule a phone interview. It was about a 10 minute conversation, basic questions about if I knew what Hudson River Group did, etc. I was invited to their office for an in-person interview. It was with 4 different people at the firm, took about 3 hours total. Basic resume and cover letter questions, some brain teasers, and questions about quantitative skills. They compensated me for travel expenses.
