Just awful - I was called in 3 separate times for 30 minute in-person interviews. I was told they would not move forward with me, but "I would be a great fit for the team" and would be following up shortly with a role they were creating for me. After numerous follow up e-mails, etc I never heard back. I'm shocked to have had this experience being in Recruitment. To invest a significant amount of time to travel and meeting with a company, to be told you have an offer and then essentially ghosted is terrible. In addition, the interviews were not well structured - each person who met with me did not bring formalized questions, just my resume and they seemed to pull random questions off the top of their head.
