Fantastic interview, fast efficient and informative process! Really enjoyed meeting with all the team members and understanding more about the role. I was provided with a very thorough overview of the position and what it would entail

The first interview round was virtual with the team leader, I was then invited for a second meeting face to face to meet the team in the Manchester office. Overall the questions asked seemed simple, I felt I was a strong candidate and I was given the impression I had the skills they were looking for. Even though the team seemed nice I found the manager a bit cold. The most disappointing part was the feedback delivered by the manager a couple of days later, it didn't make any sense and was almost insulting, no real feedback was given after putting good effort into the process.
